    When you delete study materials from the application, they are permanently removed from your device through the application's normal deletion process.

Where applicable, we also use Supabase Storage to securely store application data associated with your account. Uploaded study materials remain stored locally on your device unless we introduce optional cloud synchronization features in the future.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

To provide AI-powered educational features, we use AI models provided through NVIDIA NGC.

Depending on the feature you use, LearnOne may transmit:

  • highlighted text together with a limited amount of surrounding context for AI explanations; or
  • selected portions of study materials for quiz generation.

    • Only the information necessary to generate the requested educational content is processed.

    Educational Video Recommendations

    When you request educational video recommendations, LearnOne uses the YouTube API to retrieve relevant educational content based on the topic you select.

    Your use of YouTube content may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

    To generate accurate and context-aware responses, LearnOne may send limited user-provided content to AI systems depending on the feature being used:

  • For AI explanations, we send the highlighted text along with a small amount of surrounding context from the study material.
  • For quiz generation, we send only the specific section of the study material selected by the user.
  • For recommendations, we send only the topic or text selected by the user to identify relevant educational videos.

    • We do not send entire documents unless the user explicitly selects the full document for processing.

    4.3 Automated Processing

  • AI-generated outputs are produced automatically without human review.
  • No human manually reads or evaluates your study materials during AI processing.

  • LearnOne does not store your study materials on our servers.
  • You are responsible for managing, securing, and deleting these files on your device.
  • When you delete study materials within the app, they are permanently removed from your device through the app’s deletion process.

    Account-related information (such as name, email address, and optional username) may be processed and stored using secure third-party services, including Supabase and Auth0.

  • Auth0 handles authentication and securely manages login credentials.
  • Passwords are not stored in plain text by LearnOne and are securely managed by Auth0.
